Discover Fireside of Cochrane

You’ve found your way home…

When you cozy up to Fireside, you’ll experience a warm spirit of community that thrives in green spaces and gathering places, parks and playgrounds, shops and schools, and an inclusive variety of high-quality homes unique in their style and affordability.

People are moving to this master-planned community from a lot of different places, but they all seem to come for the same reason…Fireside feels like home.

True to its name, the community has been designed and built around the values that matter most to people who understand the difference between a “house” and a “home” — warmth, connectedness, togetherness…a sense of history, a sense of purpose, a legacy that matters.

It’s no wonder Fireside of Cochrane has been a four-time SAM’s award finalist for Community of the Year – Calgary Region.

With an anticipated completion of 2024, Fireside will include approximately 1500 single family and 800 multi-family homes.

Bulrush & Cattail Park

Bulrush & Cattail Park

To honour and preserve the community’s natural legacy, Fireside was designed around 2 significant wetlands – peaceful places to connect with neighbours, wildlife watch or find quiet inspiration on your own. The larger of the 2 parks, Bulrush, is surrounded by walking paths and interpretive boards inviting visitors to learn about the wetland sanctuary surrounding them.

Flagstone Park and Playground
